(A) Purpose: To work with and advise the City Council in order to establish policy regarding movie making, filming and still photography within the City. The committee may also be the support to the Movie/Film Liaison during a related project within the City. The committee will send the recommendations to the City Council through the Council Liaison associated with this committee.
(B) Composition and meeting frequency: The committee shall be three voting numbers and one Council Liaison who is a non-voting member. Two voting members shall constitute a quorum. The committee will send the recommendations to the City Council through the Council Liaison associated with this committee. This committee may at times be inactive. Living within the City limits of Jacksonville shall be a requirement of this committee.
(C) Qualifications: May have knowledge of the film, movie or photography industry along with knowledge of logistics and planning.
