The Jacksonville Woodlands Association (JWA) is updating their general management plan and seeking public input. This plan oversees the many trails throughout the City of Jacksonville. The draft refers to an updated map which has not been received at this time.
Annual Action Plan – One of the significant features of the draft addendum is the completion of an Annual Action Plan each fall for the following calendar year. This AAP would be circulated to all the Woodland’s Partners for review and comment with the Woodlands Partners functioning as the Woodlands Governing Board (WGB) giving final review and approval. The AAP would be used by the JWA and the City as the policy document for any development activities or programs for the applicable calendar year.

Will result in a trespass citation and possible seizure of equipment as per O.R.S. 164.245.
*BICYCLES OR SCOOTERS ARE NOT ALLOWED
This Facility is designed for skateboards & rollerblades only. Any other use may result in a citation for trespass and possible seizure of equipment as per O.R.S. 164.245.
*SECURELY STRAPPED CERTIFIED/APPROVED HELMENTS ARE REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES
Those not wearing proper headgear will be required to leave, risk suspension of further park use, may be cited for trespass, and may have their equipment seized and forfeited.
*USE OF PROTECTIVE GEAR – STRONGLY RECOMMENDED
*PROFANE OR ABUSIVE LANGUAGE NOT ALLOWED
*NO OBSTACLES, OTHER MATERIALS, GLASS, FOOD OR DRINK PERMITTED ON OR NEAR THE CONCRETE AREA
*TAGGING OR GRAFFITI WILL CAUSE CLOSURE OF THE FACILITY; STICKERS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE CONCRETE AREA
*ALCOHOL, TOBACCO PRODUCTS, AND DRUGS ARE PROHIBITED
