Cemetery Commission

 (A)  Purpose: To prepare and propose to the City Council policies regarding the fees to be charged for services, the level of maintenance to be financed from the Cemetery Fund, capital improvement projects and methods of financing the same and regulations concerning maintenance of records and the duties of the Sexton.

(B)  Composition and meeting frequency: The Commission shall consist of a non-voting City Council liaison, the Sexton, who shall also serve as a non-voting member and six additional members appointed from City of Jacksonville and the Warren Lodge A.F. & A.M. No. 10, the Odd Fellows Lodge No. 10, the Archdiocese of Oregon, the Redman Lodge and the Temple Emek Shalom. The commission shall meet not less than once each quarter.

(C)  Qualifications: Qualifications are detailed in the Composition portion above.
